This was a good vacation spot to stay in. It was quiet and peaceful. My wife and I hope to rent again. 9 miles from beautiful Helen, GA, and 2 miles from Clarksville proper.
The house is a little buried in the woods at the end of a loose gravel road, so be a little careful because you will be going uphill a little bit. Convenient gas station advertised the main road, a long with a delicious Sautee Trail Cafe near by which has many options. Neighbors didn't seem to bother our stay. Our host was super responsive to questions and inquires about the property, and on the first day of our stay the host let us randomly pay for an additional day extension. The lodging was comfortable and friendly on the inside, and very woodsy and free on the outside. Being surrounded by nature has a price, so don't be surprised by animal sounds in the dark. My wife and i used their hot tub, which was nice, and used their custom propane grill which was unique. 3 sides of house had spot lights for the night time with a fourth that needed repaired or replacement bulbs. Didn't use the fire pit at all but looked like a good spot for people to hang around, but do keep down a lot of noise because the neighbors are about a fifty yards away. When walking in the dark, be aware of a few spider webs... not a big deal if you are a boy scout.or camper, but don't be surprised and complain because that's nature. I will definitely recommend this place, and plan to stay again.
