"The room did not have working outlets, the floor was poorly mopped and damp. When it came time for breakfast there was no food, and staff was no where to be found. I will never visit this hotel again and I recommend another hotel than this one. "

"The Tomlin House is just darling, warm and cozy. Everything was super clean and well stocked. Even supplied fresh eggs from her own chickens, fresh bagels and muffins. Gas firepit on the deck or a wood burning firepit outback. Thank you Carmen, we will definitely be back."

"The cabin was spacious, hot tub heated quickly, fireplace is large and location is perfect for fly fishing the Soque (and other nearby streams). Also located very close to Helen (Alpine of the South) and all the great restaurants. My two sons and I have an annual fly fishing tradition in the Northeast Georgia mountains. They both are lobbying a return stay next year. "

"Beautiful little place that suited our every need. We were in town to attend our granddaughter’s softball games at Piedmont College which was right across the street. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and accommodations. Definitely would stay again. Highly recommended!!!"

"This was a really great vacation that ended way too soon. This is our first time at this property and we loved it. We love the layout of the house and the screened in porch with the sound of the stream flowing by is an amazing experience. We enjoyed staying here so much that we did very little sightseeing. Jason is a great host and was very attentive to any needs that we had. I sent him messages several times and he was always quick to respond. Thank you, Jason. If you like a beautiful, peaceful, secluded location that is away from the main stream you will surely enjoy this as much as we did. "
