Take garbage outside and put it in the garbage can. The Air Conditioner in the summer set to 74 degrees and in winter the heat to 68 degrees.
Gather all bedding and towels and out in washing machine and start load and put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start.
Between the Hours of 10pm and 8am no loud music- quiet hours. Pets should be leased when outside unless at the dog park.

Cozy and convenient!

Enjoyed the big bottle of creamer! Plenty of towels, TV in all bedrooms! Very clean! The only downfall that I had was the bed.

The property was clean and centrally located and beautiful. It is very simple, make sure you have everything you might need, coffee, toiletries etc. There is basic cooking equipment.

Property was as listed. Beds are soft but comfortable. Location in a quiet neighborhood. Any issues were addressed. Minimal cookware/utensils but sufficient for basic needs. Would stay here again.

Clarksville TN

The check-in was great but the kitchen listed a dishwasher and there was not and there was some safety consents there was no smoke detectors and no fire extinguisher and the microwave screen was broken.This house was not handicap accessible, and the beds were broken, loud and outdated. The bathrooms were outdated and you could not even get a wheelchair into the bathroom and one of the bathroom doors didn’t shut. For the price it wasn’t worth it.
