Staff there are awesome!

Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by a fire alarm with a low battery that began emitting a loud, screeching beep in the bedroom every minute starting around 2:30 a.m. We called the emergency number and were told that no one was on-site to address the issue, and it would take some time for someone to arrive. The beeping stopped temporarily, so we canceled the late-night service call. About 30 minutes later, it started again and continued to interrupt our sleep. Needless to say, no one in our apartment got a good night’s rest. I hope the property will be more proactive about replacing smoke alarm batteries so future guests don’t have the same experience.

We did not know our room was a "pod". Super small...no housekeeping service unless you pay extra. The room was so humid the bedding and our clothes felt damp.

Stayed there for 2 nights, the room was clean, they had emergency kits, snacks, drinks, anything you might need for a stay. The rooftop was our favorite part! If I could rate it 10 stars I would!
