I was pleasantly surprised by The Hayes. This midtown hotel was in a quiet, safe area. We were in town for a concert and it was a short, easy drive to the arena. After the show (on a Monday night) the kitchens at the places on Broadway were closing up but right around the corner from the hotel we loaded up at ‘The Cookout’ which is open until 3am during the week. The next morning it was a short walk to the Midtown cafe for breakfast (highly recommend). We were able to park for free on the street in front of the apartments across the street from the Hotel. There are also a couple paid parking lots - one next door and one across the street. Or you can do Valet parking at the hotel. The hotel itself was quiet, had friendly and helpful staff, and it was very clean. The room was modern yet welcoming, and the bed was comfortable.

The room was clean. There are lots of restaurants around the area for food.

We love this hotels ambiance and vibe.

Great location, clean. Front desk could have been more helpful. It would have been nice to know whats where and that the room key was needed to operate the elevator public restrooms etc.
