"Everything was good, one thing is when we did enter our room it was very humid and hot but once we got the air conditioning going it felt nice. Also pool is supposedly heated but the water was very cold. Overall nice hotel, would stay again!"

"The property is located in a great spot. The staff were friendly. However, the property is in bad need of repair. They have remodeled some of the rooms, but the exterior is very bad. Our room was looked ok on the inside. There were some problems but the main issue was the mildew smell in 119. I woke up with my head all plugged up. Also, there were a lot of folks around the pool smoking weed. I dont care what people do, but find the odor repugnant. They also charge a pet fee that is not disclosed on expedia. Ive noticed that many hotels in Gatlinburg seem to run at a different standard. Perhaps because many of them were built in the 50's with lots of deferred maintenance. So comparatively, its slightly below average. If this were in a resort area or in a major city, the condition would be considered poor."

"Breakfast is only prepackaged muffins or granola bars. Only one pod coffee maker. Can be a lkng line to get a cup of coffee in the morning."
