    Guest Access:

    Entire Cabin

    The Neighborhood:

This A-frame cabin is tucked into the peaceful Roaring Fork area, where the sounds of nature surround you, but downtown Gatlinburg is just 1.4 miles away. Explore hidden trails, stroll local shops, or dine in the heart of the Smokies—all within minutes. Multiple entrances to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park are under a 10-minute drive, giving you access to scenic drives, waterfalls, and some of the region’s best hiking.

    Getting Around:

The drive to the cabin is fully paved and accessible year-round. You’ll be less than 5 minutes from the Parkway and 10 minutes to countless hiking trailheads. While the drive is mostly flat and manageable, we always recommend 4x4 vehicles for exploring the wider Smoky Mountains region, especially during winter or rainy seasons. One private parking space is available at the cabin.

    Other Things to Note:

    • Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.

    • Sleeps 4 guests maximum.

    • One parking space available on-site.

    • 4x4 recommended for Smoky Mountain travel. Roads are paved, but conditions can vary.

    • Fireplace is electric and seasonal (typically Oct–Mar).

    • Coffee makers include Keurig and drip—please bring your preferred coffee.

    • Charcoal grill available—please bring your own charcoal.

    • Hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled between stays. May need time to reach the temperature on check-in day.

    • Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.

    • Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by other methods.

    • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.

    • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

    • Property Access: Your privacy is important to us. While we do not anticipate needing to access the property during your stay, authorized management, maintenance, housekeeping, or service personnel may occasionally need to enter for inspections, repairs, maintenance, safety concerns, or emergencies. Whenever reasonably possible, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. If we are unable to reach you, do not receive a response, or immediate access is reasonably necessary, authorized personnel may enter after knocking and announcing themselves, or immediately in the event of an emergency, as permitted by applicable law. We will always respect your privacy and strive to minimize any disruption to your stay.

    • Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
