"This was a fantastic place to stay for the Tennessee/Georgia game! The location was perfect and Halie was an amazing host. The place is spacious and clean and came with everything you could need for your stay. We also had a fridge stocked with waters, sodas and some snacks-definitely above and beyond what you sometimes get in VRBOs these days. Knoxville was just a special place to visit and we will be back!"

"Everything was excellent but I would recommend putting up blinds or blackout curtains over the window. Since the unit is in the basement, you can see in the room from the sidewalk. Every time we walked by the window on the sidewalk, we could see in the unit, especially the bed and when it was dark outside and lights were on in the unit, it was an open book for individuals walking by. I understand the need for natural light with it being a basement unit, but privacy is more important. Other than...
