"This is such a lovely property - spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and very functional. I had everything I needed and the location is great. Right at the edge of the UT campus within walking distance to numerous restaurants, etc. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I ended up having to extend my trip and had to change to another one of their units in the building and they made the transition very easy for me. I will definitely be staying here again!"

"We had a great stay. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast attendant was also extremely helpful. Our room was very clean, smelled good, and comfortable. Felt safe and everything you need close by. We took our daughters to the indoor pool and it was well maintained and didn’t smell overly chlorinated like many indoor pools do. Will definitely stay again if in the area."

"Everything was great. The only two things I would want changed are the music that's played in the lobby and the rooftop bar and the sliding bathroom door. The music was stuff I didn't recognize and was just hard to follow along with, just very strange. The sliding bathroom door was really heavy and I wrenched by back trying to close it."

"I’m normally looking for cheap hotels but with good reviews, but didn’t have a choice on this one bc we were in Pearland for a softball showcase and the team was staying at this hotel. But i was not upset at the price bc this hotel room was amazing! Full fridge, 2 burner stove, dishwasher, and all the cookware, Pyrex bowls, silverware etc. room was spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast was much better than most, wish they had fresh fruit but full oatmeal bar was neat. Definitely worth the money!"
