The Neighborhood:
Located in the peaceful Roaring Fork area, this cabin is just 0.7 miles from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, yet offers a rare sense of seclusion and direct stream frontage.
Getting Around:
Paved roads and on-site parking make access easy.
While most vehicles are fine in good conditions, we always recommend a 4x4 vehicle when visiting the Smokies, especially in winter or rain.
Other Things to Note:
• Guests must be 21 years or older to book this cabin.
• Sleeps up to 4 guests maximum.
• Parking is limited to 1 vehicle.
• 4x4 vehicle recommended for mountain driving; roads are paved but can be affected by weather.
• Fireplace is gas and seasonal (typically Oct–Mar).
• Keurig coffee maker accepts grounds and K-Cups—please bring your own coffee.
• Charcoal grill available—please bring your own charcoal.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

Enjoyed the outside decks overlooking a beautiful babbling brook. Nicely decorated 2 stories. Owner checked in to make sure all ok. Walking distance to town. Close to Smokies and Pigeon Forge.
Property was as advertised. Bed upstairs was comfortable and you can hear the water in the creek, which i love falling asleep to. Wonderful accommodations! Great last minute booking and was perfect for a getaway with my sister. Everything was great and exactly what was needed for a relaxing time away from home. It snowed while we were there and we got to see a bear playing in the snow across the creek late at night! Ive been coming to Gatlinburg for over 40 years and this is the first time me and my sister have seen a bear close by.(only saw him late at night after watching movies..was checking on how much snow we had gotten… never saw any bears during the day). Highly recommend this location and Chris was easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the hot tub and watching Christmas movies and just relaxing! Thanks for allowing us to stay at your place!! Everything was clean and well taken care of…much appreciated and hope to return soon!
The cabin is beautiful and was perfect for the two of us! It is really peaceful to relax on the back deck and convenient to downtown. Would highly recommend! We enjoyed our stay.
A wonderful cabin close to downtown with all the amenities. It was very clean and communication was prompt. We look forward to staying here again soon!
We had a great stay! It was a very cozy 1 bedroom cabin that was very close to the Gatlinburg strip. We were walkable distance from the Christmas parade which was very nice. The hot tub was lovely. We had a slight issue with the WiFi that was taken care of promptly. Check in/check out was very smooth. I would recommend and if we may be back if we visit Gatlinburg again
The house was so clean and modern. It was hard for my wife and I to get out of bed with the constant sound of the river. The balcony over looking the stream was magical and the hot tub on the property was the cherry on top!
We loved our stay in this little Gatlinburg cabin! The stream is pretty loud but we enjoyed, as it was like falling asleep to the sound of rain. We did spot a bear across the street too which was awesome! There were ants along the kitchen counter and high top table across the room, but ant traps were set out. The owner was great with communication. We would definitely stay here again!
We had everything we needed and wanted for our short stay. We had a great time and would come back again. It’s close to downtown, but would be a bit of a walk to get to the heart of Gatlinburg. The drive is quick when there is no traffic. We loved being able to hear the sound of the water right outside the door.
We enjoyed this house very much. Great looking contemporary style outside and classic cabin look inside. Very clean and still had the freshly built smell!! We even had bear stroll down the creek and by the house while we were there.
Loved it!!!!!
