SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Gatlinburg

SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Gatlinburg

8/10 Good
"The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was a basic room with two beds. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The balcony overlooking the river was really nice. The hotel is a block off downtown so walking was easy. Now it is on the far end towards the park entrance but the walk home at night along river road is nice and peaceful. The morning (free) breakfast was nice. It had everything you would need to get started and save some money. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, muffins cereal yogurt. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked clean and several people were using it while we were there. It wasn't a problem for us but the hotel doesn't have a laundry room so if that's a necessity for you you may need to look elsewhere. If you are looking for a nice place to stay at an affordable price I would definitely consider staying here."
