Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Communication was good, check in easy. The air conditioner did not work. The house was 80-82 degrees the whole stay. The host responded quickly to the problem by sending a technician to look at the unit. He was not able to fix the unit. The only solution the host offered was to open the windows. She did not offer a discount due to the uncomfortable conditions however she did agree there should be one after I asked. She would not give an idea of what the discount would be until she heard from the cleaners, which had nothing to do with the air conditioner not working. She found something pink on the wall and sheet (eye shadow) said it washed off the wall but not the sheet and would be deducting the replacement cost of the sheet from the discount which was fine. Finally after asking 2 days in a row, she gives a long list of reasons she would not be giving a discount... Replacing the sheet, paying extra to the cleaners, how much VRBO gets, etc. Do not recommend.
