Located just 3.4miles/9min from downtown Clayton, it provides convenient access to great local restaurants & shops while remaining a tranquil mountain retreat.
The space
Main floor: Fully furnished kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room, bedroom #1 with king bed, and full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Upper porch with stunning Mountain views, rockers, BLACKSTONE grill, dining table, & patio sofa.

Top Floor: Loft bedroom with queen bed, Bedroom #2 with king bed and twin futon sofa, and full bathroom with shower.

Terrace Floor: Den with electric wood-burning stove, tv, wet-bar, and queen sofa bed. Bedroom #3 with king bed. Master bathroom with walk-in shower & double sinks.

The mountain road is one-way. Drivers coming down the mountain have the right-of-way. Please use caution on curves.
