"It’s a nice property and has plenty of room for everyone however for what they charged, I would book somewhere else. This place was renovated by someone who has no clue what they are doing, as you can see in the pictures (and it’s everywhere in the house) I also didn’t like how it says it sleeps 30 but they charge you extra after 10 or so people. This should be clear in big writing. Almost 900 in extra charges for the 21 guests we had. "

"Great location and friendly staff. The pool and hot tub were nice. The rooms could use some updating, especially for the price. There is no on-site restaurant, but there are plenty of places nearby. Overall, I had a pleasant stay."

"We really enjoyed this resort! We loved the massages from the Spa and found the Aquapath to be truly one of a kind. The property sits on a serene section of the bay which was very picturesque with the fall foliage. Admittedly we anticipated the tennis court to be a hard court so we didn’t end up playing for long. Every other amenity in the property is amazing! We will be coming back."
