Location is very good in regard to places we needed to go. Walking distance to the beach and couple minutes drive to fast foods,gas stations and restaurants. Easy check in/out and staff are quick to respond to questions.

We stayed here in October, so not sure how our experience would be different during a busier time, but we loved it! Spacious room with a kitchenette including a microwave, toaster, keurig, and a good sized fridge. Cupboards and drawers were filled with all the cups, dishes, and cutlery we needed. We loved having the kitchen table to enjoy our meals. The area was quiet and the bed was comfy - we slept very well! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and I expect we'll be back. Great price, too!

I liked the fact that we had a small kitchen space to prepare some meals. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. The bathroom could use a little update. I was disappointed by the property which I feel needs some attention. All in all it was very convenient for us to get to the arena where our grandson had a hockey tournament.

The property could be wonderful if they just did some thorough cleaning. There was dirt / crumbs / hairs all along the edges of each room, the shower head was broken, the fridge door didn’t close and caused a rusty leak on the kitchen floor, the stove was dirty, and there were stains throughout the room, such as on the curtains, bed, carpets, chairs and couches. This is all surface issues that could be fixed, with a little time & TLC and it could be a wonderful property, the reception was kind and courteous. The location was great for the beach!

We stayed in the Deluxe suite. Check-in was easy (doors have passcode which is e-mailed to you). Very calm and clean room and overall property. Not too far from the main beach area if you have a car. The beach is also accessible by walking. Theres a lot of restaurants and stores nearby for food or conveniences. The TV had netflix which was nice. Overall we were satisfied and would come back :)

The location is excellent. The service is nice, and the check‑in/check‑out process is very efficient. Love the electronic door lock (no need to carry a card at the beach). Parking is included. The place is well decorated with a pleasant beach theme. Netflix is available, which is a nice touch. The area is calm. Our room could use a bit of extra TLC beyond regular housekeeping: dead bugs near the windows, a dirty floor, dog hair, spider webs, stains on the walls, no soap holder in the shower, and water leaking outside the shower curtain. All of these issues could easily be fixed and would give this place the love it truly deserves - cause it's a nice oasis by the bay after all!

The room is clean and the staff are very friendly. It is only 30 minutes away from the blue mountain resort and the price is incredible. If you come summer time, the Wasaga beach is 4 minutes walk. The location is great.
