Typically check in and check out instructions are sent before arrival. I just had to request information and they responded quickly. The townhome is beautiful, clean, and spacious. We did have some issues with the drainage in downstairs bathtub and sink- never fixed- but with 2 other full baths upstairs that work just fine and a 1/2 bath downstairs it was no real issue. Dryer takes about 6 hours to dry a load. As long as you just continously keep turning it to 60 min they did eventually dry. On the ice maker everytime it dumps ice and refills with water just pull the metal bar down inside, it gets stuck (brand new very clean refrigerator). 1/4 of lightbulbs burnt out but they have plenty of lights located to where you can still see just fine.This place has amazing closet space....bring your own hangers to use them. The clubhouse and pool area are gorgeous. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. Neighbors are very nice. It was so close to Clemson we loved it. For the price, we would definitely stay here again. It was a very nice stay. If you have Walmart they deliver in no time. I got some pool floats and bed padding delivered because i like my bed really soft. My adult kids said their beds were perfect.The layout is awesome. The management group was always very fast to respond but because they are not onsight, it was hard for them to get things fixed. I dont have any pictures but it looks just like what they have posted. My only regret....not using the pool sooner to relax.
