"Had an Excellent Stay at this 11th Century Castle in France! The room was extremely well-furnished and was very comfortable to stay in; hotel staff were friendly and helpful, which was greatly appreciated. Castle grounds are also very beautiful. Finally, the food served was extremely delicious, had a very memorable 3-course dinner and buffet breakfast :) Highly recommended accommodation ^^"

"I think some thought went into the design of the hotel but the day-to-day operation lets it down completely. Front door doesn’t lock properly, looks like was forced open. Air conditioning doesn’t work, sink leaks and drains onto the floor. No soap in shower. Drapes so close to sink that they get wet every time. Dead insects in drapes and windows. Some parts on room construction unfinished while other finished bits are falling apart."

"We stayed here for one night and were warmly welcomed. Despite the cold and rainy weather, which kept us from enjoying the outdoor area, we had a great night. The breakfast and the surroundings were excellent."
