The room was clean and well appointed. It was fresh and up to date. The staff was helpful and the breakfast hot and delicious with a great variety for kids and adults. The air conditioning was wonderful. And the pool was great fun for my great grand daughter! I will go again and highly recommend to travelers of all ages

It was very nice and clean but being that it's October as soon as we stepped in front of the doors there were Halloween so decorations EVERYWHERE. On the glass doors, the lobby, the breakfast area, I mean EVERYWHERE. It was too much! Not everyone celebrates that holiday and it made us feel very uncomfortable. The room was very nice but as soon as I sat on the bed, I guess the springs on the mattress made terrible noises anytime I moved and the bed wasn't very comfortable. Also the walls are super thin, you can literally hear people talking on the next room and people walking on the room above got up at 4am and sounded like they were stomping on that floor, terrible. When we arrived for breakfast there wasn't any hot food ready to grab and there were people there that had been waiting for it for 15 minutes. We had to wait and the lady only would bring out one thing at a time, so I only got eggs then 10 minutes went by then my husband got potatoes and sausage but there were no eggs. They need to keep the breakfast area ready with food for guests if they advertise there's breakfast available. There are not too many hotels in this area but I think I'll stay in another hotel next time.
