"The hotel is undoubtedly high-end, but the staff is terrible. They hide many details only to charge you for them at the end. It doesn’t matter if you pay in advance—upon arrival, they will try to recalculate everything. When we arrived, one of the two rooms wasn’t ready, so we had to wait nearly 45 minutes. Even then, they relocated us, placing our rooms apart with another room in between, despite having booked them together to keep our family close. For comfort and the view, I would recommend it—but when it comes to the staff and how they treat guests, it’s honestly a nightmare. Also, no matter how much you adjust the thermostat, the heating is set very high. It was so hot at night that we had to open the balcony. There are far better options throughout Niagara. Not everything that glitters is gold—appearances can be deceiving."

"The room was big and very clean. There were two windows which was awesome! The staff were super friendly and the location was fantastic. Once we parked we were able to just walk. The pool was fine, a bit on the chilly side for me but the kids who were in it didn’t seem to mind! The breakfast is what you would expect for a free hotel breakfast - but not free. Next time I’d probably just go out for breakfast but I’d definitely stay again!"

"Property was excellent, very clean. Close to attractions, easy to walk to Clifton Hill, Falls, etc. Wished there would have been breakfast and free wifi available. This has nothing to do with the hotel directly, but there was a large group that came into the pool area while we (and several other families with kids) were in there. They walked in with a bunch of coolers of alcohol and food, took all of the chairs, and set up a little party on the pool deck for themselves. The pool rules state no food or drink other than water, and no glass containers of any kind. They did not care, even after one staff member came in and spoke with them. They yelled and swore at kids multiple times, and basically acted like they owned the pool. People like to say the younger generations act entitled, but these were some of the most entitled people I’ve ever seen, and they were all 40-60+ "
