"Really nice place you can tell it was fairly new. Lots of thought went into it. The only thing that I didn’t care for was the hot tub and pool are not on site. They are down a few miles away and closed for off-season but that is to be expected and with the rain our buildings parking lot was a pond where all the other ones were nice and dry a little bit higher up or more gravel would definitely recommend this stay and stay here again, and we have plans in the future to reserve more cabins. "We loved our stay. There was a few things inside the tree house that needed some care. The bottom sliding door did not lock. The shower head on main level,depending on setting, would spray everywhere and not just forward. The air conditioner could not keep up the first night. It was so HOT when we arrived. "Staff was nice. Hot tub didn't work. Pool was dirty and full of the staffs kid's personal toys. No way would you get me in it. Room was clean. Parking lot, trash cans were full of trash everywhere. Very disgusting. Vending machine didn't work. The staff was putting breakfast away before the time was even over when we got there. She didn't bother to bring what she put away backk out. If we hadn't booked prior, we would never have stayed here, will never again."

"This resort could be wonderful - they have incredible staff and a great view and location but overall outdated amenities. I was in the extra building - it was quiet with a beautiful view but the rooms looked like they haven't been updated since the 80s, as is much of the resort. Bits peeling off of the tub, which also didn't drain, and just a lot of damaged uncared for items. Cleaning crew also clearly wasn't attentive to detail given the dusty state of things. At check in the pamphlet said the hot tub was open until midnight but at 10:45PM it was locked. Overall enjoyed my stay but primarily because the staff were great and beds were comfy. Would go again but think they need to put some money into upgrades!"

"Our stay at this hotel was okay overall, but there were several issues that impacted our experience. On the first night, there was a loud argument taking place outside our window, making it difficult to relax. We were also unable to park in front of our room because a broken-down vehicle with no license plates and flat tires appeared to have been sitting there for quite some time, creating an eyesore. The room itself needed some attention. The bathroom door had to be pulled hard to close properly, and the bathtub was dirty and stained. The TV was very small, and the main wall light fixture was barely hanging on and covered nearly half of the light switch. We had requested a rollaway bed before arrival. It was not in the room when we checked in, but the staff quickly provided one and were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The biggest disappointment was the pool and hot tub area. The indoor pool was advertised as being 80 degrees, but it felt much closer to 50–60 degrees and was too cold to comfortably enjoy. The hot tub was only slightly warmer than the pool, with little to no jet action, and felt closer to 75 degrees rather than the expected 100+ degrees. While the staff was friendly and responsive, the property could benefit from better maintenance and attention to guest comfort."

"We wanted a quiet and comfortable place away from the busy section on Lake of the Ozarks and that’s exactly what we found. The cove at this Mile Marker 60 location made a perfect retreat for watching cranes, families of Canadian geese, and even a bald eagle. Boat traffic on the main channel was light even though it was a weekend. Jason & Sara kept us fully informed and made sure our stay went well. The house had a cozy, updated lodge feel with decks extending out to the lake and a relaxing hot tub. The home easily accommodated our party of 4 and would work well for up to 6 adults."

"We were initially impressed with the size of the room including a couch. Went to put our drinks in fridge but had to wipe it out first. The television had issues with volume. Staff came to look at. Reset it and said good. Still did not work. Next day another staff came to look at. Reset it and said good. Still not work. The television was eventually replaced. I also cut my finger on toilet handle. It was also replaced. There was little hot water so my and my son's showers were quick and luke warm. The staff was friendly and did fix issues except hot water. There was a little of a language barrier as well."
