Rooms are smalll. Not sure if front desk service is slow or their system is. Didn’t allow for room holds are adjustment without going through a whole lot of trouble. Front desk cannot book for you if you want to extend. You can only go online or through a 3rd party. Breakfast and bar were good and staff was nice

Great convenient area; rooms were modern and updated. Very nice.

The containers of soap and shampoo in the bathtub were empty

This was a typically good Westin hotel, with good quality, typical Westin amenities, and very helpful staff. The gym was great, and the location was very convenient, as it was just down the street from Grand Central Station.

Clean modern, junior suite was very spacious
