Air conditioning did not work all three nights and the plumbing broke on the third night, not allowing for us to shower.

Great location. Easy to get to train and has the park very close. Not as crowded to be in NYC to stay in this area.

The staff was wonderful and truly so helpful and friendly throughout our stay. There were a few issues with the elevator system, which is a bit confusing at first. There is one central panel where you select your floor, and it tells you which of the four elevators to use since there are no floor buttons inside the elevators themselves. We also experienced a fire alarm on our last morning, which delayed us getting ready, so it was a little frustrating to have housekeeping knocking on our door around 10:45 while we were still trying to get organized afterward. The valet service was great once everything was sorted out, though I did have to hunt someone down when we first checked in, which was a bit stressful after traveling. The room itself was small but very well done. The beds were comfortable, and the location was amazing. Overall, despite a few hiccups, I would absolutely stay here again.

Three small elevators for too much people! Breakfast and the room were ok!
