"Old & dated carpets, elevatir was sketch, comforter had rips & ac smelled like cigarette snoke when it kicked in (new filter needed, esp if previous guests were allowed to smoke). Pool & hot tub was only open for 5hrs of our 2night stay... and Im pretty sure it's because I kept asking if it was open yet. The hot tub was the literal reason why we booked here. Breakfast was free."

"This happens way too often at these hotels, especially Holiday Inn. A teenager has a birthday party where their each of friends and parents get a room and they then take over the hotel. RUNNING EVERYWHERE often with SCREAMING: from the pool to the room, from the room to the pool, to and from someone else's room. The parents gather somewhere together and drunk completely ignoring their brat teenaged daughters. The staff does nothing. Other guests, including those with small children, are left to deal with these hillbilly clowns on their own. These teenagers and their parents should be kicked out and possibly arrested. But no the stooges at Holiday Inn Mishawka don't do a darn thing."

"The 1st room we checked in reeked of cigaret smoke. We were moved to another room, which was much better. The room was clean! The only thing I would complain about is that the toilets need to be updated. We stay at this property often. My husband and I are not heavy individuals, but I have bad knees, and was suffering from sciatic nerve. My husband was in an auto accident and suffers in his back & legs. Using the restroom is always a challenge for us, because the toilets are so low. It's like trying to sit on the floor. This last visit, we had to purchase a riser for assistance. Outside of that, everything was pleasant. The staff are great!"

"Upon arrival at 7:45, the front desk was not staffed. A number was listed on the counter to call for check-in. Once we entered the room, there was a vacuum hose laying on the floor next to the TV. The base of the TV had dust caked on it like it had not been cleaned for months. The room had a very old smell to it, which was not good for our asthma. Overall, we were very disappointed in our stay there."

"WiFi did not work- it gave an error message that the room number and name did not match. I called the front desk the name and room number were on the system correctly. They just said this happens sometimes and I wouldn’t be able to have WiFi."

"The outside looked a bit dated, staff at the desk was just trying to get me checked in. No additional information about amenities. Old ac units stored under the stairs and the place a little less inviting. The room was clean, area is in good walking distance to many places to eat. Cable in the room was spotty. Hard to watch basketball playoffs game. Breakfast was ok but cold, good thing there was a microwave. All in all good for the price"
