I think they had some new staff. The person checking us in gave us a document that the morning staff yelled at a customer who had also been given the same document as it was to have been signed and kept by the hotel. I didn't want to get yelled at so just tossed my keys on the desk and got rid of the paper work in the trash. Room temp was set at 90 degrees when we got there so it took a bit to cool off but was fine after that occured. A little loud as our room was close to the lobby. Over all fine place to staff, just a little quirky with the staff and strange room temp setting.

This hotel was filthy. I didn’t even feel comfortable taking my shoes off. Sloppy craftsmanship on a cheap renovation. The alarm clock did not work. The phone was unplugged from the wall when I entered the room. The water pressure and temp in the shower was really good but the whole thing leaked and the plug drain was disgusting and disconnected. I expected that the price was the tiny room and no amenities. The room size didn’t bother me a bit. I only needed to sleep don’t need anything large. I did expect for the carpets to have been cleaned anytime in the last 5 years.

I did not get the older lady name, but I love it to the moon and back she remind me and my grandmother she just point blank good hospitality always stay here and we’ll continue. I recommend very clean, but y’all need to add some meat to the breakfast, merry Christmas and a happy New Year’s.
