"The Bush Hotel is a delightful old-world gem, perfectly situated in the heart of town with the added benefit of a spacious car park. Stepping inside feels like taking a gentle step back in time, with the walls adorned with fascinating memorabilia, historic photographs, and an array of ornaments and furnishings from the past that beautifully reflect the hotel’s rich heritage. Our room was generously sized, spotless, and offered wonderfully comfortable beds for a restful night’s sleep. The only tiny drawback was the lack of hooks in the bathroom, but this was hardly an issue. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection that also catered thoughtfully for vegetarians. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the staff—warm, professional, and unfailingly courteous, nothing was ever too much trouble. The Bush Hotel is a place full of character and charm, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it. A well-deserved 10 out of 10."

The accommodations were outstanding in every way, from the comfortable sleeping arrangements to the kitchen containing all amenities. The host was responsive and fulfilled every request. "Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung! Es ist alles da, was man braucht und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Location ist sehr ruhig gelegen und ein guter Startpunkt um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen, auch das Klima im Haus war sehr angenehm. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war völlig unkompliziert! Wir haben die Zeit am Lough Ree sehr genossen und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!"
