"The house was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The entire house was clean and there were plenty of kitchen supplies. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The view of Lake Couer D’Alene from the deck was amazing.Be sure to bring your own bluetooth music speaker if you want to listen to music, it was the one thing we couldn’t find in the house.We were in the area with a large group for a golf outing, great location, with plenty of golf courses nearby. There is an excellent Bar & Grill called SHOOTERS right down the street."

"The house is very nice overall and the upper level is very clean and the deck was good with a wonderful view for the most part. Beds were very comfortable. Beach and dock were excellent! Owner who lives two houses north is friendly and we enjoyed talking to him and hearing the history of the property. Loved the fruit trees which attracted all kinds of wildlife (turkeys, squirrels, deer, other birds, etc.) Things that could be improved upon:*Down stairs carpet is spotty and needs to be cleaned so it is more inviting. *No Kleenex or soap/shower jell in either upstairs or downstairs bathrooms. We felt that was a bit strange.*Front doorknob was very loose so I fixed it with a Phillips screwdriver I found. *Path to beach is not real accessible for less-mobile members of our party. Because of steepness, hand railing might be a good idea. If this is too cost prohibitive, it might be a good idea to make this a disclosure in the VRBO/Air B&B narrative. Also pine cones and debris should be raked off the pathway since they tend to make it a little more precarious on a steep incline.*It might be good to consider taking out the poplar tree between the deck and the lake distorting the view. It is out of place and dying as poplars do. *The last loads of laundry were still in the washer and dryer when we went to use them. I feel this was just a small oversight on the cleaning person’s part and no big deal but something to note if the intent of this evaluation is truly to improve."

"My husband and I and our fur babies had a great time at this property! The location is convenient as we can leave from the home and walk our dogs, walk to Shooter’s for good food and a fun time, visit the public beach to let the dogs swim, and pick up some last minute groceries at the store. We met some really nice folks during our stay and we just love the area!The fenced yard is a huge plus if you are traveling with pets and the house is very comfortable and peaceful. We wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay!"

"We had an issue with smoke detectors going off in the middle of the night, but jake came and fixed it the next day. Communication was great. The house is close to the lake and has an area to play near the lake. very family friendly. We will stay there again!"
