"Check in was very convenient. Room is impeccably cleaned. Beds comfortable. Only complaint is the intermittent air conditioning, which woke us up as the bed is right under. Being able to put it on fan/uninterrupted mode would have been great. Otherwise, nice place and great value. "

Well equipped kitchen, bathroom, washroom etc. Limited steps in the unit, which is good for elderly/infirmed.Outside of things like rugs in general living area being due for deep clean/replacing and some missing blind panels, it's a nice place. Owner readily dispatched assistant to replace some of the missing blind panels."

"The house was perfect, and exactly as advertised! A wonderful location, the amenities were on point and the beds were SUPER comfortable. And when I did have to contact the hosts with a question about the Wifi/cable service, they responded in less than 5 minutes and were incredibly helpful. It was a fabulous mini-vacation in OC!"

"Overall, a great stay. Great location and everything in the unit was functional. Several things were a bit outdated and need to be upgraded soon (dishwasher, washer/dryer, balcony table and umbrella, and a few other minor things.) However, these items didn’t take away from our wonderful stay, and for the great price that this unit goes for, we felt it was totally worth it all. Will strongly consider returning! "
