"Michele was very responsive & welcoming from the time I booked the accommodation. He sent a few links to places to see in Carloforte plus the ferry timetable which were all very helpful.
Our room was very quiet, clean with a comfortable bed.
Although breakfast wasn’t included, there is a kitchen with utensils, etc that one can use for a take out meal.
Would highly recommend staying here. "

Lots of history around. Excellent city vibe. Great dining options. 15 min from the closest beach. Very convenient if you are looking for a place to sleep and explore the island during the day. "Premetto che io normalmente sto a 21 gradi a casa mia, detto cio NON andate mai in inverno.
1) la proprietà scalda solo le stanze con il condizionatore ma dato che la casa è ghiacciata pareti e pavimento rilasciano un freddo che il condizionatore non riesce a compensare.
2) bagno in stanza ghiacciato perché la proprietà non accende il calorifero
3) area colazione a circa 13 gradi dato che la proprietà non accende riscaldamento della casa come detto sopra.
3) fa più freddo in casa che fuori...

"The apartment is very new and clean. It was well organized and in a good location for traveling. Walk to bars, pizza and a great supermarket. Marco was a first-class host. Plenty of parking right in front of apartment. Only word of caution, and it is in the description, is that you climb a ladder to the loft. I'm 65 years old, healthy, and it was okay for me. "
