Search Bed and Breakfast in Cobán

"The room was clean & bright (we asked to be loved to one with a window as the downstairs ones dont & felt a bit dark & damp), daily housekeeping was good & breakfast was included which was nice. Good location, close to everything in turn but quiet enough. Ensure time for breakfast as it took a while & depending on who was working you may or may not get options f what to have. Extra coffees need to be paid for but often took so long or didn’t show up at all. "

"The room was very small. The bathroom floor was one step higher than the room, which could be dangerous when one gets up at night to use it due to poor lighting and sleepiness. However, these are all minor issues comparing with what we encountered upon check-in at the front desk. We were told that while Expedia informed the hotel of my reservation, it didn't send the payment to the hotel, so I had to pay to the hotel. I made a credit card payment as demanded, and recieved only a credit card receipt but no hotel receipt stating the purpose of the charge. Later on, after multiple inquires about the double payments, the hotel conceded that their receptionist had made a mistake and the payment "was cancelled". After more than 10 days, the payment is still on my credit card account and further inquiries from me received no response from the hotel."
