Luna Villas is a complex of two houses with an exquisite and modern design, designed to welcome a group of friends, couples or families who are vacationing and who want to live a unique experience of retreat and connection with nature

It is located in one of the best areas in Santa Teresa, only 5 minutes walking from Playa Santa Teresa, close numerous restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops.
The space
CASA LUNA is our main villa, with capacity for 6 to 8 people consisting of 3 rooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room with two armchairs and TV, dining room (table for 8 people), with a fully equipped integrated kitchen. And an outdoor area with private pool, outdoor living room, sun beds and BBQ beds. Wifi 200mg throughout the house

The master bedroom has 1 king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, ocean view.

The second and third rooms have a queen bed, plus a trundle bed that is taken from below, and private bathroom. One has ocean views, the other in the pool.

CASA LUNITA is a Villa with capacity for 4 to 5 people consisting of 2 rooms with en-suite bathrooms. A living room with two armchairs and TV, dining room (table for 6 people), fully equipped integrated kitchen. And an outdoor area with private pool, outdoor living room and sun beds. Wifi 200mg throughout the house

The master bedroom has 1 king size bed, private bathroom and private balcony

The second room features a queen bed, plus a trundle bed, which is taken from below, private bathroom and private balcony.

There is housekeeping every day. And you can ask for extra laundry service.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, all bedrooms, pool and parking area. The laundry, where the washing machines are located, is the only area without access for guests.
Other things to note
There is a construction on the property next door in its final stage. It can be noisy at times during the day. It is stipulated that it ends at the end of December
