Lo único bueno q tiene es la ubicación por lo demás es una pena el mobiliario muy deteriorado la ropa de cama con unas manchas enormes amarillas las cortinas súper súper manchadas y para colmo el aire me comunican la noche antes de ir q estaba averiado cuando eso tenia pinta de q llevaba meses y meses roto en general muy muy mal todo sensación de abandono

We had a wonderful stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Madrid and overall it fully met our expectations.
The location is fantastic — extremely convenient for exploring Madrid and one of the strongest points of the hotel. The staff was outstanding throughout our stay: friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help.
Breakfast was also excellent, with very good quality and variety. The hotel itself has a great atmosphere, everything was well maintained, and the overall experience was exactly what we expected from the Hard Rock brand.
The only downside is the size of the room. Our room was quite small, and the bathroom was especially tiny — really, really small. If you are traveling with several suitcases or simply appreciate having more space, this is something to keep in mind.
That said, everything else was excellent. Great location, wonderful staff, very good breakfast, and an overall very enjoyable stay in Madrid.
We would definitely consider staying here again, although next time we would probably choose a larger room category.

Clean, new hotel, reasonable location, very close to a Metro. Only small things, no USB points in room, that’s all really, good choice of hotel and would stay gain.
