Great location, ocean front!!

Location is great, steps to the beach which is what we were looking for, also very close to shops and restaurants. Had everything we needed for our vacation. Will definitively keep in favorites when traveling back to cocoa beach.

Beautiful area. The room was perfect for us and could have fit more comfortably. Restaurants were close and good especially Wisk an Brew for breakfast.

Fantastic view!

We felt the condo was an excellent value. Million dollar view, easy beach access, very convenient to restaurants and shopping. I would come back.

Quick 4 day vacay

Clean & comfortable, outdated but spacious & cozy w/ awesome view of ocean . Convenient location & owner made it easy w/ use of designated garage parking. We would stay here again definitely. Thank you.

Ocean front getaway

Close proximity to all restaurants and bars. Great spot to watch launches from NASA too. Watching cruise ships heading out to sea. All around perfect.

Needs updating

Great location off beach, however, it is showing its age. Couch cushion in middle completely sinks in, mildew shows in both shower, broken chair on porch. A bit disappointed for what we paid.

Great place by the sea

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location,condo had everything we needed. We had the best time relaxing and looking at the sea view. Dollar tree is over the road as well as a restaurant and cafe. Publix is further away but we walked there easily. There's loads to do and we could see rocket lauches from the balcony. The only thing we found was the bed was soft. I wouldn't say it was uncomfortable. We have a firm bed so it felt very different. I would recommend this rental and would love to come back next January.

Wonderful experience

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. We chose to stay here for my granddaughter to participate in softball in Viera. We wanted to at least stay by the ocean and make the short drive to the complex. We were all very glad we did. The condo was perfect for us. The kitchen had all we needed for meals, the bedrooms were good size and the king bed was massive and very comfy. It looked to be recently updated. The sheets looked brand new. Our schedule allowed us a couple of trips to beach. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards they had. We loved everything about this trip. If we were to return we would certainly chose this condo again. Good communication, amazing location, nice beach, kind people, good food all over the area.

Beautiful beach, bedroom windows need replacing would not recommend children to stay in that unit. They may fall out the window…. Screens are not fastened. Could not close window all corroded. No screen on slider. May be how the huge spider got in the bathroom, floors very dirty,, vacuum did not work

Fun in the sun!

This is a wonderful condo right on the sand! The view and location can not be beat. The condo itself has been updated since the pictures posted and looks great. The space was plenty big enough, clean and quiet. The view from the kitchen to the blaster bedroom is breath taking. You can sit on the balcony or even in bed and watch the sun rise. Our family loved our time here and would recommend this beach and this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing time away. My only real suggestion so to speak is a few more things in the kitchen to make it feel more like home. Some Tupperware for leftovers, a few more forks, coffee filters upon arrival, some salt and pepper packets.. you know those little extra touches. But truthfully that’s it! Everything else was just as listed. Thank you for sharing your condo with our family.

Great location and unit, needs a little work

I have stayed in this complex before in a different unit and like the location and the layouts of the units very much. A few minor things need to be worked on. The ceiling fan in the second bathroom is on its last legs. The dishwasher soap dispenser does not work properly. The wall clock in the dining room does not work, I replace batteries, but it still didn’t work. Two of the beach chairs are broken and I left them in the garage, the other three in the unit are not really fit for adults and should be replaced. The porch chairs could be better also. The lights attached to the headboards of the beds in the second bedroom are really nice but all of the batteries were dead, I replace them in one light, but not the other. All in all is a very nice place.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We haven't stayed at Spanish Main for a few years but it is still a well maintained building in a convenient location. However, the pictures posted on the website for this unit are misleading as for one the furniture is not as advertised. The overhead light in the dining area is a disgrace with rust and disjointed parts. The mattress on the main bed is very uncomfortable. The kitchen utensils are barely useable. A set from a dollar store would be an improvement! The balcony furniture is old, weathered and should be discarded. Clearer instructions should be provided such as how to turn the internet modem on. The unit appears to be clean but the poor quality of prior repairs seems to make thorough cleaning difficult. There is mold or mildew on things like shower curtains and don't walk around barefoot!In summary, this unit has great views but it requires significant updating that should be properly done.We would return to Spanish Main, but would not choose this unit.

Great Cocoa Beach Vacation

When looking for accommodations we discovered that this place was similar in costs to a hotel. However we had beachfront views and access plus all the amenities of a condo. Hands down he best way to go! The management called me right back when I reached out. Will do this vacation again and again.

A bit disappointed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were generally satisfied with the unit and the decor. We normally stay in another similar location in Cocoa but were a little late this year so we had to find a location with availability. Location is great, easy access to the beach. Rooms were very comfortable and pleasantly decorated. We were there during an unusually rainy/windy period and were disappointed that the bedroom windows leaked badly (pool on the floor 5 nights) and the living room slider whistled loudly due to the wind. Manager indicates they are both due to be replaced next month. Appliances were older and out of date, dryer squeaks loudly and needs to be repaired/replaced, but they were functional. We had most of what we needed there so we were pleased with the setup and the property did stay in contact. With a few upgrades I think it would have been a much better stay but still enjoyed our time there.

A great stay in Coco Beach

While unloading the car the neighbor introduces himself and says, "You know, there's a rocket launch in 6 minutes." ...which we watched, front row, from our deck.
