Relax on and enjoy the large balcony that faces the pristine waves, while taking in the gorgeous views of Cruise Ships and Rocket Launches.

Great location with a balcony to enjoy view of the beach. Even watched a launch from the beach while we were there! Comfortable sofa that was great for a nap. Clean rooms with soft bed linens. Bath and beach towels were provided and handy. Enjoyed a couple of games provided by the host, too.

Adorable space with fantastic view of the ocean and beach access

The listing was just as described. Every room had a gorgeous view of the ocean. It was a 2 minute walk out our door to get to the beach. Lots of space inside for our family of 5. We had AC issues while there and the management was very responsive in getting it fixed. They were also responsive to other questions I had.

Perfect Location!

The location was fabulous and the apartment was the perfect size for our group - just as advertised! Loved the ease of getting to the beach and the storage closet was full of beach supplies. Lots of local restaurants! We opted not to cook as the pots and pans left a little to be desired. But overall we had a wonderful week. Thank you!

The property was as described: great location and clean. We enjoyed the beautiful views from all rooms. The outdoor closet was filled with beach supplies including a beach umbrella and there were air pumps located in a kitchen drawer. Only thing I would suggest for improvement was that we received all the apartment information while we were already traveling (this email mentioned some things that we would have packed from home had we known they weren’t going to be supplied).

We found the beach access to be much less crowded than some others both north and south of the pier. Unit was clean and as advertised. The only thing that took us by surprise was that we needed to buy toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags as additional of all of those items were not provided. But otherwise, absolutely fantastic. We plan to stay here again and again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.Just one thing to know: if you come with 2 cars, you should let the host know so they can give you a parking option. There is only parking for one car and "no parking" signs everywhere else. We contacted them and they accommodated us with a parking space right away.

The unit itself is perfect, but the VIEW is SPECTACULAR !! Ocean views from every room and solidarity sitting on the balcony. Our two weeks flew by before we knew what happened, but knowing we’ll be visiting again next year made leaving a little easier. Pulling into the parking lot you would never know this HIDDEN JEWEL was waiting for you !! The management team of Teresa and Dan are right there if you need anything and they are the nicest people.

This unit is one of two three bedrooms at this complex, but the only one with the MOST WONDERFUL OCEAN VIEW from every room. It’s on the second floor, so seeing that view and sitting on the balcony is EVERYTHING! All of the rooms are very nice, but my favorite is the kitchen. I love cooking here with everything you need to prepare meals and looking at the ocean at the same time; it’s just so nice. This was our 5th year staying here and we cannot wait to return. The owner has supplied this unit with everything you need for your time at the beach including a closet full of beach gear. Choose this absolute perfect condo and enjoy your time at Cocoa beach.

Family Getaway

Our family vacation getaway couldn't have been more perfect, thanks to this rental. The closet filled with beach amenities like chairs and umbrellas and the beach itself was a treasure trove of beautiful shells. We highly recommend bringing or buying kites from the Zon – our 17yo had a blast with his stingray kite, while the younger ones adored their octopus and squid kites. For those craving a unique shopping experience, the Native Plant Shop is a must-visit. Not only is the shop beautiful, but the owner is incredibly knowledgeable and offers small build-your-own terrariums. And trust me, you don't want to miss out on Rock the Guac – even as the only vegan in the family, we all left with our pants unbuttoned from the deliciousness. Coconuts On The Beach provided another fantastic dining experience, perfect for feeding our crotch gobblins in a lively atmosphere. And for a dose of history and mind-blowing entertainment, the Kennedy Space Center is an absolute must-see. Just remember not to wait outside for a picture next to the NASA sign–there's another one inside! As for Legoland, it was a mixed experience. While the kids enjoyed it, the long lines and ride breakdowns left us with mixed feelings. Nevertheless, our overall enjoyment outweighed any minor inconveniences. Back at the condo, although hanging items from the balcony isn't allowed, we found a workaround by drying damp items around the window. The on-site laundromat was a lifesaver just be prepared with quarters.

The beach front view is amazing! The condo is very cute with a definite beach vibe. This condo can easily sleep 6 adults. There were a couple of roaches spotted in the master bath, but overall, this is a perfect spot to enjoy Cocoa Beach with easy access to great dining, shopping and entertainment.
