Summary:

This is a 3rd floor walk up unit, Key-west style 2B/2B condo with a direct ocean view. This is truly the perfect place for a great vacation in the sand and sun! This Cocoa Beach resort complex offers open pool, spa, tennis, shuffle board and more.



The Space:

Master bedroom with 1 queen bed, Guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. Each bedroom offers a closet with shelving, 2 bathrooms, plenty of fresh linens & towels, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. Free WiFi, Free parking on premises and TV's with Roku. Beach equipment is provided for guest use including: beach umbrella, small cooler or cooler bag, beach towels and at least two beach chairs at minimum.

Getting Around:

A car is helpful to get around all of Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral but not necessary. Access to parks, grocery shopping, restaurants, medical offices and banking are all within short walking distances of this property location. Ron Jons and other surf shops offer bicycle and scooter rentals just outside the resort.

Family vacation

We had a great stay at Cocoa Beach. The unit was just as it was listed. The view is amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise as well as some launches from NASA. The location can’t be beat!

This is a great place to stay before you get on the cruise ship....2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, on the ocean !!!!!! We watched the ships leave the port from our balcony .. We will defiantly stay here again.

The view was amazing. The place smelled good and was clean! Our toddler stated "she loves this place!" We never had to talk to anyone the whole trip so I can't speak to that. We had a great time!

2 Night Visit Key West Style

We had a great visit to the Diplomat. The unit is as advertised and the ocean view is even better than the pictures. The Diplomat is away from the noisy pier area but across the street from a Publix. We had a wonderful dinner at Florida

It was excellent I would definitely go back. Very family friendly. I would recommend getting high top seating outside on the balcony to have a better ocean view instead of looking through bars. Thank you for having us.

Two days at the beach

Three ladies stayed for a fun two days to catch some sun, a launch, and fun in Cocoa Beach. This condo was a great location, excellent beach access, fabulous views and the cutest decor. We felt welcomed and comfortable in this well appointed place (kitchen, beach towels and gear/toys). Great value.

Great location

Comfortable beds, clean, great view, close to shops. Bright decor. Wish they would have had some coffee and a couple bottles of water. Washing machine wouldn’t work, filled and wouldn’t drain even though we carefully followed directions. Nice having 2 full baths and 3rd floor stairs no problem to walk. Older building and is showing its age. Well stocked with towels.

Great view - shabby property

The best of this place - the view from the balcony and being steps to the beach. The property had beach towels but the beach chairs were falling apart. They had everything to cook but the skillets should be replaced. It was clean but old. Host was quick to answer questions. If you want a great view and beach access and just want a clean place to sleep- this is your place!
