Enjoy our recently updated condo, Vitamin Sea, with private beach access and on-site heated pool. Centrally located to Ron Jon’s Surf shop, Cocoa Beach Pier, CB Downtown & Kennedy Space Center. Perfect for all types of getaways. This space offers a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a washer/dryer for an effortless stay. We are looking forward to hosting you and we invite your fury friends (1 pet up to 20 lbs allowed)

This was a fantastic place for a weekend getaway. The place is decorated in a cute beach theme and there is everything you need and then some for a great stay including beach items! Communication was quick and helpful. You’re a quick walk to a private beach with lots of room and a pool in case you want to mix it up. Close to anything you might need. Great time and great experience. Highly recommended.

Summer Getaway with kids

The condo was perfect for our family of 4! It was very clean and had all the essentials we needed. Loved that it had beach toys for the kids to use, so we didn’t have to go buy any just for this trip! Beach access was great with a shower to rinse off. Pool was also clean and nice. I would recommend this cute condo if you are visiting the Cocoa Beach area!

The beach access was the biggest selling point for us. Also, having a washing machine/dryer in the unit was helpful. We did have to clean existing sand out of both machines though prior to use. The area felt safe and we had a great time!

Coastal getaway

Close to beach with chairs & umbrella. Soaps, paper products, coffee essentials to start you along with a kitchen well outfitted. could use instructions on thermostat and TV, which has only streaming! There are only two chairs for dining which can limit larger groups eating in. Location is great with supermarket just across the street.

Plenty of parking. Private access to beach. About a 2 min walk from door to gate, then you're on the beach. Beach was amazing. Not many people, but if you want a more people-y beach, you can walk toward the Pier. Gets busier as you get closer. Short drive to the pier or 40 min walk. We loved the less busy. In the closet were beach items. We only used the chairs which were very nice to have. They did have other things like sand toys and umbrella. Nice beach towels. Clean place, comfy beds and hot shower were our main needs and this fit the bill. We ate out the whole time but they had a full kitchen with all the things you need if you want to cook. Cozy living room with a tv. Fans in the bedrooms. Love a fan at night. Washer and dryer. Very nice to have as this was the second leg of trip. Very quiet area. Very central to beach, food, entertainment and rockets!!! We could have watched a launch at the beach but we wanted to get closer. We brought the awesome chairs for that too and had an amazing launch watch. Close to Ron Jons and the many Surf City shops. I chose well with this place.They have a heated pool. It closes at dusk. We were out and about and on the beach and did not get back before dusk to utilize it but we did go and put our feet in to see if it was warm and it was. Looked clean and well kept. I feel like the supplies in the place took care of all your needs.Only con, screen door was hard to close and hard to push button to open. But not a big deal.
