  • Location Location Location! This cozy condo is located in a nice quiet one story condominium right across from the beach just blocks from the Cocoa Beach Pier. Property offers plenty of green space and communal coin operated laundry room. Unit offers basic furniture including bed, dresser, couch, tv, silverware, dishes, pots/pans and more.

    Includes water, garbage, electric and HOA fees. This is the perfect spot to spend a few months! Right next to a public pickle ball and tennis court. Easy walk to many restaurants and even Publix grocery store. Private parking offered as well.

    No internet or cable included but can easily be hooked up by guest with any decent length stay.
