Great place

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was decorated so cute with beach theme. Kitchen had everything we needed. Fridge looked to be new. I appreciated that this place slept 6. They even had beach chairs, umbrella and toys. Overall a nice place to stay

Great Location

We could see the Rocket Launch from our room. It was an awesome view of the launch. It is a great location for exploring the area, beaches, the Brevard Zoo, Kennedy Space Center and shopping.

Great time in cocoa beach

We had a wonderful stay in cocoa beach. The condo was steps away from the beach. Everything was nearby. (Stores, Ron Jon surf store, restaurants). The condo was very clean. Would love to stay here again. Thank you!

The overall location and property is good. The view of the beach and launches was fantastic. The pool and hot tub were clean. The pool was advertised as heated. The pool heater was not turned on. Both bathrooms had mold in the showers. The shower curtains need replaced. The TVs and remotes did not operate properly. The rust on the outside of the refrigerator was not becoming of the property. The patio furniture was dirty. There were plenty of towels and linens. The construction next door with constant loud pounding took away from the enjoyment of the view and balcony. It would have been helpful if it was mentioned ahead of time.

Great space, lacking a few amenities.

Overall great location and size of condo. Right on the beach and close to lots of restaurants and things to do. My kids and I had a great time. A few things I would have liked as a guest: the instructions for the pool and beach access to be in the check in- instructions. Knowing this prior to arriving would have been great. I arrived with 3 little kids and I did not have time to even realize there was a key to access the beach and pool until we were down there with no key. Also, it would have been nice if there were basic things like salt and pepper or cook spray or something. If you expect the cook at the condo bring some condiments and/or basic things to cook with. The construction/demolition next door is not disclosed, although it was not a bother to us, just not great to look at. The dishwasher was broken so we had to hand wash our dishes. Also, the master bedroom mattress is pretty awful. Besides those few inconveniences the beach toys were great and the condo was comfortable for my family of 5.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at this condo in Cocoa Beach! It had a beautiful view of the ocean, the SpaceX launch, and was top floor! It was nicely renovated and we were able to use the washer and dryer. The beach is absolutely perfect and steps away from the condo. The pool was lovely. This is an older person's paradise as it was very quiet but my children had the time of their lives here so don't let that deter you other than to say, you will get a nice night sleep! There are also pool and beach toys and chairs if needed. I would absolutely stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were satisfied with the unit and we have reserved it for a future visit; however, there are some issues which we would classify as nuisances. The floors were swept but needed to be mopped. There was soot buildup on the ceiling near the air vents in the living room and master bedroom. There was also soot buildup on the air vents, especially the main return air grill at the furnace closet. The upper east wall in the master bedroom had significant dust buildup. The balcony and kitchen blinds should be replaced. Slats fall out of the balcony blinds when operated. The kitchen blind is missing slat. The guest bathtub backs up with water. It appears the drain plug mechanism needs to be replaced. There was a warning to not set the air conditioner below 74-degrees to avoid freeze-up of the unit, which makes the bedrooms warm at night, and there are no ceiling fans. The Spectrum TV remotes do not work properly in the living room and the guest bedroom. Also, there are no television-specific remotes for these TVs. The internet seemed very slow, which created some streaming issues. The refrigerator has rust on the side, which is a cosmetic eyesore. The dining room table has been brush-painted and the surface is rough. There is also some peeling along the edges.There is also an electrical breaker issue with the dishwasher.

A little effort goes a long way

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: View of construction next door, plus loud construction at the property itself all week - but that's unavoidable. It's the little things though: if you provide TP, spend the extra $2 for some that's thicker than see/poke through. An extra $20 and provide pans that are non-stick. Extra $2 for oven mitta that actually work (wife burnt her hand badly because they were so thin - non functioning). Fix the ice maker so we don't have to get bags all week. Spend the $9 for toilet flapper that doesn't leak 24/7. People usually fly in - provide a couple of quality beach chairs and a cooler (you're welcome next guest, we bought those and had to leave them). And finally, might wanna take care of that obvious mold growing on the vent cover in bathroom that I breathed in all week.
