Stunning Views!

Stunning views and the location was great. Newer furniture than what was in pictures and was very comfortable. The price is inline with the quality of the condo. Beach was quiet during our stay and very relaxing.

Great spot on the beach

The place is older but who cares? It’s clean and right on the beach, we had a blast, really enjoyed the stay. We stayed indoors because it was so hot out but the ocean water was cool and the pool was great.

This is a great place for the price if you’re looking for a direct ocean view just a few steps from the beach. The condo had a few minor issues - master bath fan doesn’t work and none of the bathroom and bedroom locks worked, but otherwise a very good place to stay.

Ladies annual Cocoa Beach Trip

Over all a good stay! First time in a 3 BR at this location! The pool area is nice but needs umbrellas! The condos dishwasher was broken, as was the toaster. The refrigerator needs a filter! But we enjoyed having our own beds! This was our third visit we would still stay again. Cocoa Beach has a lot to offer! The restaurants and shopping are great!

CLEAN but needs updating

The unit is spacious, affordable, quiet, good location and whoever does the cleaning does an exceptional job! Everything was super clean in spite of the condition of the unit. The unit itself desperately needs to be updated and does have some repair issues, but none that hindered our stay or our time with family.

This property could use some updating. The floors look like they were updated but not so much anything else that was very limited kitchen utensils. I had to run the dishwasher often so that we could have clean dishes and utensils. But great location.

Relaxing!

The property was nicely finished and we were able to enjoy and relax. Despite the fact that the air show we came to see was canceled. What a huge disappointment!! We enjoyed beach time and made the best of the time since there were no refunds!! Please have the master bathroom fan fixed! It’s so loud you can’t use it!!

Relaxing vaca

We had a wonderful time with my son, his fiancé and her teen age daughter. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach was beautiful and went on for more miles than we could walk. There were many restaurants nearby within walking distance. I’ve read in other reviews that the place was dated and it was. However, it was clean and that is a priority for me. The fact that it was dated did not impact our enjoyment there. The pool was fabulous. The property manager was friendly and quickly responded to my questions. All in all a wonderful family vacation. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Weekend getaway

Everything was overall pretty good. Bed in the 2nd bedroom was very uncomfortable and the place was a little beat up. Also never received an email with checkout instructions. We thought checkout was at 11 and not 10 but I was mistaken and we were about 15 min behind. To make matters worse, the housekeeper came in without knocking at 9:55 AM and had quite the attitude as if we could magically have our stuff out instantly after an innocent mistake. I was pretty happy overall, but wouldnt book this again after the rudeness of the housekeeping who sat right next to the door shooting us dirty looks as we hustled to remove our belongings.

Depends on your Priorities

If your priority is a great ocean view, fabulous beach access and a lovely patio then this is a great location for you. If you are looking for a place that’s comfortable and luxurious then this is probably not your place. The unit is quite old and dated. The flooring is new, but that’s about it. Bathrooms desperately need updating….showers are kind of gross. Clothes irons and hair dryers are very old. Previous reviews said it was very clean, but we found open food from previous guests in the cabinet, as well as toddler handprints on the sliding glass door and some sticky spots on the table. We only received 4 bath towels (in a unit meant for 6). The sign on the counter makes notes about a parking pass and garage remote, but we found neither. We tried to contact the property manager 3 different times but only made contact once. Things to know before you stay: - When you arrive and there are no parking spaces available, you will need to follow the signs to the grass lot behind the garages - There are no beach towels in the unit (except the 1 I bought and left for future guests but you may not find it) - They do note that the unit only has essentials, so for our 3 night stay we still needed to purchase things like coffee filters, salt & pepper and toilet paper that was more than single ply. We came to spend our time outside (pool was nice) and on the beach so it worked for us, but our impression was that this property is not updated until it has to be.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from the condo was amazing. Daily we sat on the lanai and soaked in the sea breeze and listened to the crashing waves. The pool area was a great respite to soak in the sun and read a book. The condo was a good size with plenty of room for everyone.The bathrooms need a deep cleaning with bleach, showers had mold and mildew. The condo overall was a little tired and beaten down. There were issues on the ceiling in several places which looked like water leaks and could crash down at any time. Overall the place was serviceable, but could use help. It’s older which is understood, but it can be kept clean and issues repaired.

Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels. Our one complaint was the supplies were lacking. There were no coffee filters, salt, pepper or spices. Being issued only one packet of dishwasher detergent, one packet of laundry detergent and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom was upsetting. It would have been nice to have at least one packet of dishwashing soap per day.
