Your winter away awaits you with waterfront views and walk to the beach
This newly remodeled condo in Cocoa Beach is your perfect winter getaway. Available from mid September to end of May with a six month lease minimum, of course you are welcome to come and go as you please. With beautiful views of the river and just a short walk from the beach this place is everything you can imagine. Two pools on site and one is heated. Fully furnished with all brand new furniture. Hanging decor may differ from pictures depending on what we have sold. However the beautiful master bedroom set from Restoration Hardware will be there. This hope has been tastefully remodeled and decorated so all you need to do is bring yourself and some beach towels and enjoy.
