"First day of arrival, no towel in the bathroom, house phone doesn’t work, noise from the pool is bad as it’s Frid & weekends. Constance music and Helicopter tour flying every 20-30 mins. Had to keep my sliding door shut at all time. I was unfortunately ill and needed rest. Hotel kindly changed room away from the play pool for me. Once the weekend passed, it is more peaceful. It’s a great walking distance to visit the Rock. Breakfast is good and tasty soup, always accompanied with 3 fresh fruits as well as pastry stand. I would recommend if you like to be in the middle of actions. Bed is comfortable and nice view from the balcony."

"The place is gorgeous. Yet some of the amenities were not available. Jacuzzi was empty, sauna was turned off, the water service in the room went out mid afternoon for like 2+ hours while they filled the pool, wifi didn’t work, and the staff seemed to still be learning how to help guests."

"Me parece agradable y acogedor, lo único que el jacuzzi estaba sucio a la hora de llegada. Y que la hora de hacer el checking al pasar la unos cuantos minutos de más, nos cobraron. Después todo bien.."
