"First off, they announced this property as a HOTEL, when in fact is a HOSTEL, which is very different. All the pictures depicted on the add would show a bathroom inside the rooms but is a share bathroom for 5 to 6 bedrooms. More than one neighbor explicitly told me that the building I went to had no permits and was operating during construction which was also a huge issue as everything was filthy. Try to use the shower and was absolutely disgusting as it was full of hair and grotesquely dirty....

"This listing is probably a scam. hotels.com better take care of it. The directions to the hotel led me to the middle of the street. There was a stadium of some sort on the odd Number side of the street. On the even numbered side, the street there was no such an address. So it was a scam."

"Estuve una semana con la familia en este Hotel, y la verdad me encantó, los cuartos súper lujosos y limpios con mucha elegancia, las camas, súper cómodas, la piscina, deliciosa y térmica, la tensión buenísima, el Hotel súper tranquilo y donde quiera que estás las vistas son espectaculares. El día que me fui se me quedaron mis espejuelos de aumento, y desde Miami le escribí al Hotel para recuperarlos, me contestaron rapidísimo, encontraron mis espejuelos y me los guardaron seguros hasta que una persona me los recogió. Sinceramente, recomiendo este Hotel 100 % para ir a disfrutar a Medellín. "
