"A bag was left in the room after checkout time. They insisted on charging $80 for the bag being left. I contacted Expedia and they did lower the charge to $40. They normally charge $25 per week day for that room. Also only 1 small window in the ceiling. Very small room. I will never stay there again!"

"Literally I got a box of matches room. It was supposed to be a double, but the bed was so little, as well as the room. Poor pillows, towels, toiletries. All room and social areas furniture and toilet is so little. NOT COMFORTABLE at all"
