"A decent place to stay, very clean, but no coffee maker in the room, when ask for hot water they bring it in a plastic jar instead thermos. Accesible by walking to supermarket, restuarant and can walk to Subway to travel to the whole city."

"Chill, electric and artsy hotel The team was very kind and nice people The room had everything one would need (except a closet but they did have some hangers in the room) I stayed on the 3rd floor facing the street and it was a bit noisy. There are earplugs in the room if needed All in all for the price it was a cool place to stay"

"The staff was above and beyond helpful. Location was very convenient in a safe and quiet location but close and within walking disyance to many shops, clubs and restaurants. Apartment was wonderful! Would definitely return."

"The room was great, cozy and affordable. Wish there had been a mini fridge but no big deal. The girls at the front desk were all so kind and helpful with everything I needed. The staff and the food at the restaurant were amazing!!! And room service was the bomb! 😁 I didnt find it super walkable though. Anywhere I needed to go, seemed really far away.....not sure if this is just Medellín or a "me problem" lol The AC worked great and always had hot water in the shower 😁"

"Muy buena ubicación cerca de principales lugares turisticos. Tuvimos algunos issues con parte del equipo de recepción respecto a la atención ya que uno de los recepcionistas no nos permitía el servicio de aseo a la habitación y cuando pasabamos por la llave de la habitación nos reclamaba por hacer uso. Lástima esa parte de la atención ya que una de las receptionistas confirmó que el aseo era diario pero el no nos dejaba usar el servicio. "

"Overall stay was perfect for what i needed. Staff was excellent as well as the service. Hotel is nice spacious rooms but they need to update a little. Toilet seat was broken. Water knobs were loose in shower and in sink. Other than a few fixes everything was great. Oh and the bed was very stiff. The mattress felt like sleeping on a board. "

"The hotel is not too close to tourist attractions, which is actually not so bad because the downtown area can be sketchy. Metro station is not too far away. My main complaint is the room was a bit warm and stuffy (no windows, just a fan). Other than that, staff was friendly, and breakfast was cooked to order, and there was water station on each floor. I enjoyed my stay."
