"The hotel was fantastic. The staff were so nice and helpful, and the hotel surprised us with little treats for a birthday. The pool, and cafes/restaurants attached were delicious, and fantastic! Very walkable area with quick access to the Pablado area, so many restaurants and cafes close by. The metro line is a short walk away to get to downtown museums, Parque Arvi or other locations around the city."

"The room was unclean and unsanitary, with visible dirt and poor maintenance.There was mold present, which raised serious health concerns, especially traveling with a child. Noise levels were excessive, preventing rest and creating a stressful environment. The environment was unsafe and inappropriate, with loud disturbances and apparent loud discussion activity occurring in the lobby area, making it unsuitable for families."

"We enjoyed our stay at somos, the hotel felt very cozy but we noticed a lot of homeless people outside the hotel and that made us a little uncomfortable. The shower was also not the best, and we had to ask for toilet paper cause there wasn’t any when we checked in. Breakfast was good but that’s really the only amenity"
