"Wow! What a lovely experience! We enjoyed every minute at this hotel. When our plans changed and I spoke to the staff, they accommodated our needs graciously. We will return to this hotel chain in every location. Our next stay will be in Belgium. Looking forward to it."

"Specifically booked this hotel because of the heat and the website stating air conditioning in every room. Air conditioning did not work, reported to front desk but they said they couldn't do anything and it was probably because everyone had it on. 26° inside, really bad nights sleep. Don't advertise ..."

"Wonderful stay, the shepherds hut was lovely and had everything you needed. Staff were lovely and the food was amazing. We really enjoyed our night away and will return in the autumn for a longer stay. Thank you"
