Spacious rooms with terrace, right on the canal , breakfast was lovely , we also had steak in the Evening was delicious,very easy access to the town , and if you wanted a taxi you just pressed the button and it was outside in 5 min

Fantastic welcome. Hotel has a great feel and looks really modern in the reception and bar area. Room very spacious with huge bed. Would return.

The Queen at Chester Hotel, BW Premier Collection
Very nice clean hotel with efficient and pleasant staff. Very good location. Walking distance to town centre. Paying for parking was a disappointment as we thought car park was included as when we booked it said parking at rear but no mention of payment.

With 14 members of our extended family the large square dining table made meal times very user friendly. There were enough bedrooms to allow sleeping arrangements to suit all. There was a water outage for two and a half days - we understand there should have been compensation due - mention of this ...
