Great location for exploring Nice, 24 hour reception which was good for us as our flight in was very delayed. Very helpful staff.

Overall a nice hotel and friendly staff. Falsely advertised and marketed as being on the beach. The pictures used are misleading . About a 10 minute walk to the Nice Beach. Rooms are small.

I was really pleasantly surprised by how nice and comfy the hotel was, as well as being clean and well maintained. The two desk clerks were very helpful also, as well as managing the small downstairs bar which was a nice feature. The place is by the train station and it seemed perfectly safe to me. The walk to the beach was just over 15 minutes, so quite convenient.

What a pleasure to be a guest in this charming hotel. Perfect location near the tram with lots of places to eat. Our host made us so welcome. Breakfast was superb, the garden enchanting. The effort and care put into the property and your stay is apparent. Parking available- do let them know in advance if you require a space. With all the giant hotels flooding Nice, this is a restored gem. So much of the original details have been preserved and beautifully complemented with the necessary modern touches throughout the property. Bathrooms are spotless. They don't make these elegant homes anymore, so here's a great opportunity to experience the charm that helped make Nice famous. A quaint, charming and elegant hotel at an affordable price,
