"My sheets were ripped and the heating system sounded like a 10 passenger jet ready to take off every time it kicked on. I booked the room to have a quiet undisturbed night of rest, which did not happen. Your staff was phenomenal!! Breakfast was good although by the time we got in at 8am some stuff was done, it would be nice to extend to 9:30. Most places end breakfast at 10am every day. Parking was easy. "

"We stayed in what I believe is a recently renovated room. The room was stunningly beautiful and spacious, exuding a sense of cleanliness and organization. The bathroom was particularly impressive, featuring a large mirror and excellent lighting that provided the perfect ambiance for my skincare routine and makeup. If we ever return to Utica, I have no doubt that we will rebook this room without hesitation. "

"Seemed a little dirty and outdated room had hairs in the tub and pee splash on the side of the sink near the toilet windows were dirty on the outside and blood on the beds blanket also the room set up was odd to far from the tv "

"I needed to extend my stay and the owner/manager is a shyster and cheated me out of $20, lying to me saying i had received a multi day discount and his rate was better than Expedia. I believed him, extended my stay direct with the property, and it wasn’t when I checked later! I walked into the kitchen looking for a knife and fork after hours and was astounded by the filth and disorder from what I saw. That place would massively fail a health inspection and I’ll never go back. I strongly encourage you to pass this place by and stay anywhere else!"

"The breakfast and the food service worker was pleasant. There hotel was very noisy. All night there was a scrapping noise going on that was very disruptive to our sleep. The front desk failed to tell me about the pet fee until I found additional charges to my credit card. We left that room spotless. I won’t be staying at that particular Hampton Inn again and the chain will not be my first go to choice in the future. "
