Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. We are aware that our uniquely themed rooms are not for everyone. We do offer corporate rooms located on the East Wing of the hotel with more basic room themes. We take great pride in the cleanliness of the hotel. Our rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized and then room checked after each stay. Some of the tables and dressers have been hand painted which includes a top clear coat to seal the paint. That may be the "film" you are speaking of? All of our rooms offer either king or queen size beds. There are no double beds in our hotel. We also check that each A/C unit is working properly when doing room checks. We would have been more than happy to apply a discount or get you a different room if this would have been brought to our attention during your stay. Please feel free to reach out to us with any further comments, concerns, or suggestions you wish to share. We would love to make things right if you give us another chance.
