When entering the house there is a smell. The kitchen cupboards were filthy all around the pulls. Same with the door handle on the refrigerator. The coffee percolator definitely needs a clean.The host promptly answered our message about the heat as the house was very cold.

The room was clean the staff were friendly. The internet is really bad and which made it very hard to watch tv. Also the channel selection was bad as I couldn't even watch the olympic's
