"Good location for the ferry and on the waterfront. Town is fairly easily walkable. There are several lobby-type areas. One was smokey when we came in. Room was super hot and had to open windows but noisy outside."

"When checking in,husband asked if we could get a room with an ocean view and she was more than accomadating , gave us very large room with a great view,recommended and made reservations for dinner for us at the Tides,again a great view and wonderful dinner. The breakfast had many items and the one we chose was Eggs Benedict and it was delicious. Plenty of room for parking. Just all we could ask for."

"We arrived in for a wedding at a different venue quite early and wanted to see if we could just leave our bags with reception. Instead of this, the front of house team found us a room that was already ready, and got us checked in well before we expected that we could do so. This gave us plenty of opportunity to freshen up before needing to turn around. Later, the front of house team were also able to book us a taxi. Unfortunately it was very delayed in arriving, meaning that we would be late to the wedding, but one of the staff had ordered a taxi that had turned up for them, and offered us to take it so we could get there sooner. The staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating during our stay, and they are a credit to the Hotel. Thank you for making our stay as comfortable as you all possibly could!"
