"When we checked in, there was no staff. They left a number to call. I called the number and a staff said that the room key is under the carpet outside of our room. The staff told me that he will be at the hotel shortly but He/She has never checked us in until next morning when we checked out. The staff explained that she had a doctor’s appointment. It’s an interesting check in and check out experience. "

"Solid breakfast with lots of choices. EV charging available (for a fee) for both NACS and J1772. Cookies at 8pm. Get there before they disappear. Very pet friendly. "

"Black stuff in the corner of the bathroom. Bathroom curtain smells of mildew. Inadequate bed linen, it was like I was covered in just a sheet. The laundry was right across from our room and the staff was conversing too loudly for 7:00am- no effort to keep it down for guests. "

"We traveled with our family to visit our child in college. The breakfast was all prepackaged, nothing fresh. The bar area that shares with breakfast was still dirty from the night before (wine glasses, trash lined the counter). We had to find staff to ask for more utensils and food that had run out (still had three hours of breakfast left). No fitness room but a nice walking trail about a 1/4 mile up the road. Safety wise I think it would be smart to need a key card to access the pool area, as it is right off the lobby and anyone could enter. (Including small unattended children). "

"The man working the front desk seemed to be the only person working there, period. He was very friendly but understandably overwhelmed. Our room wasn’t ready for check in until 7:30pm (check in at 3:00). Hair in shower, on sheets. Breakfast severely neglected despite having someone assigned. Many patrons were searching cupboards for cups and utensils and it seems they ran out of coffee cups…how??! "

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Liked the welcome message very much. Real omlets for breakfast was unexpected and delicious. Wish bathroom had bars. Very difficult to stand up from toilet."
